Refund Eligibility:

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
