The inaugural release from independent bottler Halcyon Spirits is a rare Macallan drawn from a single first fill sherry cask filled in 1993. After 30 years in oak, those familiar Macallan notes of thick cut marmalade and fruit cake are brilliantly concentrated and backed up by vanilla toffee and stem ginger.
